Mortgage product advice

I have just had an offer accepted on a new flat and am looking to exchange on my old property in next few weeks.
New flat is £201k and I have £90k equity. I am looking for a 3 year fixed rate deal with no tie ins beyond this period. Mortgage will be 25 years - repayment.
Currently I am looking at Portman - rate of 4.89% (with discounted legal fees) or Brittania - rate of 4.74%.
Can anyone else recommend a better deal?
Thanks!
