Hey guyz,
Now looking to remortgage, as i bought home for 84k, without a mortgage. It should easily have 10% equity in it now.
Anyone aware of any good 90% LTV mortgages out there? Also,as i've not had a mortgage before do i qualify as a first time buyer even though i already have my house?
Finally, i am a teacher and looking to change job shortly, will this affect my ability to get a mortgage? I've been in my current job very nearly a year now.
Thanks,
alipops

Hi you say in one breath you bought without a mortgage meaning you would have 100% equity, not 10%, but in the next you say need a 90% mortgage. Can you clarify?0

Repeatedly asking flavours of the same question makes it hard to follow - keep to one thread please.
Prices in Lincolnshire are nearly flat, +2% at most. Who valued your house and decided it has gained 10% in 6 months? Estate Agents are notoriously inaccurate.
A Lender will get a professional valuation, which may not even match what you paid for it.

they refused us because of the ccj, i'm so angry about it, the woman who the ccj came from what told she was 50% in the wrong, i wish i'd have been advise to pay it straight away as my credit rating is really goos apart from that!
