Old Friends Provident Company pension

Martins email note about Scottish Widows prompted us to have a quick dig through some old paperwork, and in the process we came across paperwork for an old Arriva/Friends Provident company pension my husband had, that we had forgotten about. It was last paid into in 1999, and the most recent paperwork is from January 2001.

We've rung and advised a change of address (moved house twice since then), and asked for an up to date statement, but is there anything else we should be enquiring about or doing? A quick google indicates they demutualised back in 2001 - are there payouts due as with Scottish Widows?

*confused*

There may well be, wait for their reply and then follow up if it's not mentioned.
    Trying to keep it simple...;)
