are beacon lending again?

does anyone know if beacon are lending again?
they are on the alexander hall mortgages website but when you go on the beacon website there is no products there.

Not as far as I know.
I only know of a handful of small private lenders for adverse credit now.
One of these has very decent rates - circa 5% for an 85% deal. Ask Alexander Hall about these - I'm not going to advertise the names here, but if they truly are competent and truly INDEPENDANT (ha), they will be able to assist you.0 -
im not interested in takeing out a mortgage through ah as the fees are stupid!
i was just asking because my current mortgage was arranged through beacon and im hopeing they will start lending again soon.

Not a joke, it really is as cheap as that.
What rate would you charge someone with a higher risk of default, keeping in mind as an investor instead of lending to a riskier client, you could stick your money in an ISA and probably get about 5% return!!
I remember, a lenders retrun is less than that 5% return after all thier costs!

i have been looking on here reading the different posts lately and all of the mortgage advisors seem to state you need a 25% deposit min and even with that the rates are high.sealed pot challenge member #9200
