Sigh of relief, Next has agreed to a reduced payment and have just sent me an email stating that if the payment is paid everytime my statement is due they will stop all charges.
The first one to have actually said they would stop charges - this is even without seeing my SOA.
Now on to Barclaycard.
Onwards and UPwards - so they say
At least its giving me a breathing space until I can get myself on track again

Thats great news Michelle! Well done sorting it out and not just leaving it either unpaid or sitting behind a pile

KEEP the email saved just incase! This is then proof if they decide this wasn`t agreed!
If you use it online they send an online statement a week prior to sending you a paper bill too which i found good as it gave me a week to put pennies aside!xDebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j

As they have agreed this payment and to stop charges will they send out a default. They did say no further action would be taken unless I stopped paying0

Not unless you don`t keep up the repayments.
