Coming to the end of a Halifax Tracker

I'm coming to the end of a Halifax tracker, at 0.48% above base, which has obviously been great.

The mortgage has another 19 years to run and is a mix of repayment and interest-only.

I guess the best idea is to fix, and for more than 2 years. But 5 years or longer? We're never going to take the mortgage to term and could conceivably want to sell up and downsize in under 10 years.

How should we play this?
