think that sounds nice :) we were just going to slip a bit of paper with local hotels and rough prices along with our venues prices and parking arrangements as its in city centre.

  • Hi Hayley that sounds great. We have got a couple of guests staying at our wedding hotel. On our invites we put
"We are spending out wedding night at the .... Hotel We would be delighted if you also decide to stay at the ...... hotel."
I like your line about breakfast.
We got married 17th April 2010 !! A wonderful day with my wonderful husband !! :T
  • Thank you!
We pretty much know that most of the people will stay, we just wanted to get the point across that they were to book through us as we are block reserving the place to ensure day guests get a room over evening guests and we can schedule where people are to avoid bumping into eachother!
And the parking for the registry office is find a bit of space on the street and dump your car. And the venue has loads of room for parking. Which is lucky cos that hadn't occurred to me and I'd ran out of room on the card!!!

  • Thank you, we went to a wedding where they made a fuss over breakfast and everyone being there and it was nice - it was like a second party rather than people bumbling in bleary eyed not knowing if they are sat with someone who was watching them dance the night before or someone who happened to be staying the same night!
