Hi
My partner is currently going through a battle with Ruthbridge over a welcome finance loan. This is all documented on the original thread.
What i do need help with is to know if if cca they sent through to us is correct and enforceable?
Apologies for duplicating the link but i am afraid that the question will not get answered on the original thread.
Many thanks in advance

Hi now although i am not sure on enforceability, or where the previous thread is i have noticed you had PPI on this loan, has this been reclaimed or used to cover this debt?Drop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)0 -

Taking a stab at it, i would say yes. As it is a fixed loan agreement, it has included the number of repayments, loan amount, interest and your signature.
The only thing is as above if PPI has already been reclaimed on this loan, i believe a new agreement might be required, however both the reclaim forums and never-in-doubt should be able to advise further.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
