Avocado meal for 1

So I am on my own tonight, have no more loner meals in the freezer and a glut (5) of avocados that are ripe.
What can I do with these? I'd rather not use tuna as I am pregnant and have eaten a lot recently, but my tired brain would love some other ideas!

Delia has a nice recipe which I do a slightly lazier version of. You lay the sliced avocado over the base of an oven dish then layer leftover chicken mixed into a not-too-strong cheese sauce over it ( the full recipe involves making the sauce half with milk and half with chicken stock with a little bit of sherry stirred in). Add some breadcrumbs or grated cheese over the top and bake until golden. Nice with riceIt doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!0

Hi Diana,
I love them in a warm salad (green leaves, diced oven roasted veg tossed in a honey and mustard dressing, and croutons) drizzled with balsamic vinegar and eaten with crusty bread.

I have them with a baked sweet potato but I'm sure a normal one would be nice. I mash the avocado, add a little lemon or lime juice and some chilli, sometimes a chopped tomato. I have this on the potato with a couple of rashers of bacon or crisped up parma ham and a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce.
