Non-tacky hen gifts/decorations

Hi

Just wondered if anyone had any suggestions for non-tacky hen night gifts or decorations? I'm actually having two and they're both quite low key so I won't know exactly how many people are coming - so they need to not be expensive or personalised, or hard to carry!

Also, I'd like decorations for a table in a bar - I have some red tin foil heart things from Paperchase but can't think of anything else.

Any suggestions? My friend had small silver plastic bracelets and those champagne bottle bubbles to give out at hers, something similar would be good!

Bubbles, heart chocolates, love hearts, indoor sparklers?

My suggestion would be to wait until after Valentine's day and see what the card shops are selling off in the way of "love heart" type stuff.

Maybe some disposable cameras too?

For my sisters' hen night goodie bags, I got a load of avon miniatures - so people had mini perfumes, mini lipsticks for example....

Yep, was going to say, hit the shops after the weekend and pick up all the Valentine stuff, Lindt heart chocs and stuff like that are normally left on the shelves, plus you'll get some bargains! x

I got some of those mini rolls of Love Hearts off Ebay and put them on the tables so that people could open them during the evening. I got some pretty funny photos back from the disposable cameras of people eating them in rather imaginative ways, lol!

For table decorations, what about one of those things from Confetti which have a weighted bottom and lots of stems with shiny stars or hearts coming out of the top? Rubbish explanation I know but not sure if I can post links. Have a look under their table decoration bit anyway. I don't think they were too expensive when I bought some last year.

Alternatively, table confetti (Ebay do some cheap packets - maybe some stars or champagne bottle ones?) or streamers/ribbons.

I went to L'Occitane for my friends hen party gift bags, they helped out with loads of samples and i bought some travel sized goodies. It was really luxurious!
