HI

I have a bad credit history but I have got to find somewhere to live and need to get £500 for deposit and advance rent.
Are there any companys which will still lend money?

Thanks

It depends on how bad "bad" is?

Best bet is usually to start with your own bank.

Your last choice would be Provident.....but as you use this site that company should be avoided as it charges extortionate rates.

Your own bank is a good idea, but in terms of a loan...they usually start at £1,000 if I'm not mistaken....£500 is more likely to take the form of an overdraft. Please correct me if I'm wrong someone.
