Claiming charges and overtunring balances

Has anyone had any experience of Kerobo Claims Ltd?

I recently looked at their website and filled in the quick free survey on the homepage to find out if I had a claim against my credit cards/loan if they were started before April 2007.

They came back to me saying that it would appear that I could have a claim and i would need to fill out some paperwork for them and send them a copy of my latest statement and loan agreement. To begin with I was happy with this but once I looked at their paperwork and began to wonder if they were ligtamite and they are also quite pushy and desperately want the paperwork back before I've had a chance to digest everything!

I've asked them to answer quite quite a few questions so that I am clear in my own mind about what they are going to do but I would like some re-assurance from people who have used them before and whether or not they were successful with any claim.

Apparently, you do not part with any money until they I have identified whether or not there is a claim to be made and if there is this is when you pay a fee which is supposedly repaid if the claim is successful.

On here we advise people that they can check the enforceability of their own agreements for the cost of a £1 postal order, postage and a little time spent on here.
People are also advised on the implications of going down this route (the effect it could have on their credit file) and it is explained that your debts are not written off but could be legally unenforceable in a court - see here for info and process - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=2060575

This sounds better than paying out a fee which you will not get back if the claim is unsuccesful.
A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who give
