I would drink lots of water to flush out any toxins.Congrats on the weight loss.Your energy levels should improve too.
I found sacharin gave me bad headaches? If your using lots of artificial sweeteners praps try to cut down or halve sugar intake you had before.Beverages also gave me bad heads when I started eating healthier, coffee was worst.I found I was eating better but my drinks were just as bad and more of them eek.
    Keep up the good work

I don't think it will go on for more than a couple of weeks. It may also be caffeine withdrawal - if you've cut back on coffee, chocolate etc and other associated additives. Well done you - you'll feel great soon. What kind of things have you been eating and how difficult have you found it?

Just a thought - make sure the headaches aren't from dehydration - by the time you feel thirsty - you are dehydrated.

Eating fish and chicken and seafood and little red meat, lots of variety in fruit and veg-but am a bit of a coffee and tea addict.Have stopped eating most things like cakes and biscuits and bread but still eating potatoes. Not depriving or feeling deprived. Also buying good quility stuff to i am definitely eating a lot less additives and things that have been refined.May not be drinking enough or drinking too much tea- but dont really want to give that up- would switching to de caf help.Waking am with head feeling like its stuffed with cotton wool, occasional shooting pains in head,or general headache at the top-dont usually get headaches.Only other similar feeling i have had is once when i was drinking too much coffee and cut down.Just taken some paracetamol for it.Not feeling hungry or missing the junk though-but if i want a bar of choccy or a cake occasionall i wiould have one.

I agree with flufff about drinking lots of water to speed up toxin elimination. We should down lots of it anyway, as many headaches are worsened by dehydration especially those caused by hangovers.

LOL thanks but I don't get hangovers.:o ... Two glasses of wine is my limit as far as drinking is concerned, but I have plenty of examples of real monster hangovers from various friends. :D:p

Try drinking a large glass of water immediately before bed, and make sure you either have a window open in your bedroom or you leave a bowl of water somewhere in the room. Hot, dry air and dehydration are the most likely causes.

Well done.....I should really do a bit more to change my eating habits too....not that I am particularly bad...but could do better....eat far too much bread and other carbs...although I have started eating wholemeal/soya & linseed bread etc instead of white....but I still have too much....

Like others have said, it just takes a while for your body to adjust to the new healthier you:D

The headaches could be the coffee/tea though.....my bro used to drink up to 18 cups of coffee a day:eek: ....he was told that was the equivalent to being on heavy duty drugs.....completely overloading/toxing his body.....that and the smoking and drinking!!

He cut down by changing to decaf, and fewer drinks......even tried herbal/fruit teas...not sure if he's stuck with that:p also cut down/out on the smoking and drinking.....good luck to him I say, if he can stick with it...

    Persevere, you'll feel better soon.
