    IF this is your aim then you WILL do it! It may take time to get used to making adjustments but once you do you won`t go back.

    A spending diary can really help you to see exactly what and where your spending :)

    I am very strict with the weekly groceries and i stick to a shopping list of what we NEED! I ensure i have everything for the week so we don`t just pop to the shop for milk/bread and come back with a few bags :eek:

    I meal plan for the week, have soup before meals = smaller portions needed, i make my own yoghurt, cakes, bread and cookies, bulk food with veg. Oldstyle board has loads of tips!

    I have dropped a lot of brands and not noticed hardly any differences (a few) if any i dont like i try a brand up from that!

    I had to be very strict and stopped so much, most i thought `omg how on earth...` but i did it and managed fine!! The support here is fab too so keep posting and always ask if your not sure x
