    Lou, the 'how it is' part is what worries me! Although as I've no intention of ever having kids I don't need to worry about it putting me off.

    Gas and air was all I had:D and not even a raised voice, I was very young though and thought I would get wrong off the midwives if I made a fuss:o

    They kept telling me what a good girl a was.

    I'm on my second CSI episode and p 8 of this thread - bit confusing reading backwards and forwards.

    I miss being at home with my OH. Roll on tomorrow night.

    I just had gas and air. Just got on with it really - no point in all this wailing and screaming. Wastes energy needed for pushing.

    I think I had quite an easy time compared to some stories I heard on the ward, I guess I just got on with it too.
