1. The competition is open to residents of United Kingdom only excluding employees of Inspop.com Limited (“Confused.com”) and their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. All entrants must be over the age of 18.
2. The competition opens on the 18th December 2009 and closes at 23:59 on the 31st May 2010.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person allowed. Each unique name, date of birth and email address qualifies as a single entry.
5. The competition is for four monthly prizes of £500 and one final prize of £3000.
6. One winner will be randomly selected per month for the £500 prize.
7. The first draw for the £500 prize will take place on the 25th January 2010 and subsequent draws on the 25th of each month until April 2010.
8. The final draw for the £3000 prize will take place on the 1st June 2009.
9. The winners will be notified by the email address provided within 14 days of the draw being made.
10. Winners will have 30 days to respond to the notification email. If the promoter is unable to contact the winners within 30 working days, the prize will be redrawn.
11. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
12. If a participant wishes to opt-out of the competition after entering, please send an email stating your wishes to communications@confused.com.
13. Losing entries will not receive any notification.
14. The prize is non-transferable and payable in the winners name only.
15. The names and counties of prize winners will be available upon request by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to; Greg Steel, Compliance Officer, Confused.com, Friary House, Greyfriars Road, Cardiff, CF10 3AE after 30th April 2010.
16. In all cases the promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No alternative prize will be offered in whole or in part.
17. Winners may be required to take part in related publicity and such participation is a condition of accepting a prize.
18. By entering the competition you are giving permission to allow Confused.com to contact you via email in relations to the products and services it offers. You will not receive any marketing material from any unrelated third party.
