Can someone please advise on this please? OH has these 2 cards which we hope to make !!!!!! offers on ASAP. However we haven't heard from them recently and not sure what to do next:
Card Number 1:
Mint (but with Triton)
Account opened in 1995 and managed well until around 2007 and then we had problems and it got passed to Triton - payments of £100 maintained since then
Amount owing £4522 - (will be £4013 after charges refund)
Making repayments of £100 per month but haven't paid Dec, Jan
Mid Dec - sent letter requesting CCA
Triton sent this back asking for me to put the account number on (it already had but I sent it back anyway)
Then received letter saying they had passed it to Mint
Mid Jan - sent letter claiming £509 in charges - they have now confirmed they will refund these against the balance
24 Jan - sent letter to Triton putting account into dispute
Have heard nothing since
Card Number 2
Egg - taken out in 2006 (ish)
Passed to CDUK and was paying £100 per month but missed Dec and Jan.
Mid Dec - CCA request submitted
10 Jan - received letter from them saying they were no longer dealing with it so CCAd Egg
24 Jan - sent letter to Egg putting account in dispute
Charges claim of £220 ongoing
What should I do now?
