Belkin UPS £19.99

I've used PCs for years without the benefit of any protection until I bought a Belkin UPS about 6 months ago on a similar cheap deal.
Last night the power failed for the first time in about 3 years and I was able to shut my Mac down safely and preserve all my data. I hope this is similarly useful to some here. (NB I don't think you should regard these devices as useful for anything more than an orderly shut down of your computer as you'd require far more power to run for any length of time)
Misco have the 350VA model for £19.99 (inc VAT, ex p&p) order via Quidco for a further 5% saving.

The 500VA was the model I bought too, from Savastore I think, but this seemed like a good deal and as gooftygat says it's now almost double the price elsewhere.0
