Can someone explain these fees please

The broker got a AIP and then pointed out the fees suggesting they try elsewhere.
The falling outside the norm is either due to a default or the complete lack of credit history by the other person.0 -

So, your broker has not explained what all the fees are, not told you who the AIP is with, why there are higher fees (complex prime??) and to go elsewhere?
Who is this rough diamond?? He/she (I am guessing he) sounds like a real find.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

I think it would help if you explain what it is you are trying to do.
How much you want to borrow, LTV, income and what is wrong with the credit.
Sound like you are getting into a big mess if not carefull.0
