Help with CSA Calculation "Old Rules"

I have recently been re-assessed on the CSA Old Rules and my maintenance payments have increase however I believe they are wrong
1. The PWC has 2 children both different NRP, my understanding is that the family element should be split between the 2 NRP, however the CSA assessor is claiming this is incorrect, this was certainly the case on previous assessments
2. The child in question was 16 last month can you please confirm that the carers allowance should be removed from the 16th birhday regardless of educational status ?
Any help on resolving these questions would be most appreciation

Thanks for the input but I have just found my answer !!, It is contained on PDF doucment on the CSA website, this was very difficult to find as I only found it in a google search not via searching the CSA website !!
It is called Child Support A Technical Guide, the URL line is CSA2008.pdf, cannot post the link as I am a new member, page 88 of the guide0 -
A new collection schedule was issued prior to the assessment being issued. The collection order is dated 3rd February, when I called the CSA they told me the assessment had not yet been issued is this allowed ?? the assessment has resulted in over £300 of backdated arrears + £300 of regular mainteance which they are planning to deduct out of this months pay despite the fact I have not yet received the new assessment details and the CSA have confirmed that this was not sent out until 2 days after I called. Surely they cannot legally change payments prior to informing the relevant parties ?
Also I currently pay through a deduction from earnings order, i am fully paid up apart from the latest arrears which are incorrect I can confirm now I finally have the actual assessment they are full of errors start to finish. I would like to remove the deduction order and pay standing order can I demand that this happen ? I have no arrears to speak of0 -

They probably won't remove the DEO because it is in place .I have had wrong assesments but still wouldn't lift it due to me having alleged arrears (Now 1/2 proven that i don't )
Remember the CSA has the power and like to abuse it .Each case is different .Ask to spread the arrears over a longer period and agree an amount to pay followed up in writing .If they say no complain .Give them the run around

PWC has more than one NRP
160 If the PWC has more than one NRP, divide the adult personal allowance, family
premium or special higher rate family premium if applicable, by the number of NRPs
involved.

Thanks Kellogs, I am now ready to do battle armed with all the relevant data, I have arelady sent a written complaint stating the errors but on the telephone they are still insisting that this does not affect the assessment !! I will await the outcome of the appeal0

Tried, that had a long phone call with them and initally they refused to spread the arrears over a longer period even though the assessment had not been issued detailing how the arrears were calculated. Bearing in mind these arrears only relate to the last 3 months where they have taken 3 months to complete a reassessment and then decided to claw back the whole amount in 1 month !! They have now agreed to spread them over 17 weeks however as I am paid this week and my employers have the existing DEO it is highly unlikely they will receive the new DEO in time to make the change
What I really wanted to know is if anybody knows the legallity of them issuing a collection schedule before they have issued the assessment ?
Any ideas ?0
