Volvo Black Horse & Voluntary Terminate?
I was hoping some one will be able to clarify some thing for me. I bought a new Volvo on an agreement that gives me the right to Voluntary Terminate once I have paid 50%. The guaranteed future value was based on specific annual mileage. My question is this, if I exercise my right to VT the agreement once I have paid the 50% and I have exceeded the the annual mileage can the finance company charge me for the excess mileage or its prorated value, or do I just pay the 50%?

i would imagine like when you lease a car you would be penalised for excess mileage, sometimes this can be a small amount.
It would be best to speak with the finance company, or study the terms of your finance agreement and see if there is a clause in there for the mileage.:j:beer: :j0
