To get the Barry M make up kit, you would have had to collect 4 tokens from the NOTW.

But from the looks of the info, the first 50 people to turn up at the events will be given goodie bags too so you better be quick!

this is going to be a great night!! I work in promotions and iv been booked to work at the event for impulse! Going to be lots of freebies that night!!

Thanks Louisa. I live about 1 min away round the corner so will be there before the thing starts. its a miniscule store so not sure what they will have. going for a posh free manicure today so wont be taking advantage of that ..

Just been to mine at 5pm. NOT what it says on the tin as it were. No freebies, no goody bags. The whole thing at my branch consisted of 2 girls in tshirts spraying you with a new Impulse fragrance but not giving anything away free, just telling you what they cost.

Will try later after my book club to see if it gets any better later on.

Went to my local one, got there just before 5 and same thing two girls spraying Inpulse. Came back about quarter past nothing happening. A bit of a let down there. Oh well got me out of work earlier than normal!

I went and had a a mini make over done and got some free chocs, drink and nails done too, great fun had. The mini make bags were for the first fifty at the barry m counter but were gone before i got there, impulse were promoting a new spray and applying little crystal on your face.

I have to say this does not suprize me at all- remember it was Superdrug who did the "90% off" sale on Boxing day just iver a year ago- loads of people went and little if anything was included at the time besides odds and ends, to make it worse, most of the larger stores were not participating!

Superdug seems to me to be all hot air, they either have a marketing department who do not have a clue whats going on in the stores of they are really just a stupid company- the reason I did not go to this even was as a result of what happened on that boxing day, I can see now that they have not changed at all!

Sorry you guys were all disappointed, hopefully boots will do something soon - at least they know how to market well!
