well it was in for well over 2 hours
got bored of waiting, knife was only a bit smeared
took it out to cool a bit before turning out
turned it out and it has collapsed with the middle sort of coming out of the sides
it seems to have big holes in it, on the inside
I'll still eat it though, it smells lovely0 -
