Hope all are well, not posted in a while on this thread, but do have some good news at least, my hubby started new employment as from today, full time and permanent as well (as permanent as can be lol), but after a year of losing his last job, this is fab news and with a bit of luck, we will be back on our feet as soon as we can.

Anyway, the reason why I am posting, been having a few probs with LLoyds TSB, I did actually write to the Chief Executive "Mr John Eric Daniels", with an hardcopy letter, as Lloyds owe a refund to my hubby from NOV 09, all resolved through the FOS.
Its PPI from a old settled account on a credit card, he could not make a claim at the time - due to a back condition and other reasons as well.

Even though the FOS are aware of hubby not yet receiving his money, (yet they are quick enough harrassing when the shoe is on the other foot), but the email they sent back states they cannot locate the above named executive.

Email as below: (when we ring its never resolved either) And this is in regards of a credit card ppi refund not a loan.

    I think he goes by Eric Daniels, not John. So pass that name onto FOS.

    Also try writing a letter, headed in bold, OFFICIAL COMPLAINT. This is there complaints procedure, write to:
    Customer Service Recovery Centre, General Banking, Lloyds TSB, 2 Brindleyplace, Birmingham, B1 2AB.

    If you don'thear from them after 8 weeks, follow up with the FOS.


    That's the correct procedure to follow.
    And send all letters by recorded delivery.
