CSA Protected income help Please

Hi I normally wouldn't post on here but I need a bit of advice before I speak to the CSA, have looked on their website but can't find anything that relates to my question.
My husband has got 3 children from a previous relationship who he pays CSA for. I have two children from a previous relationship and now we are expecting 1 together.
Currently my 2 children are taken into account when working out maintenance assessment at 20% I know this will go up to 25% once the baby is born.
My question is connected with NRP protected income, the rate currently stands at £199 and whatever pence but is the 20% for my children included in this rate or is that in addition to the whole amount, ie £199 and £60odd.
Hope you are following me, thanks in advance x

protected income is calculated as 60% of net income the number of children in your house does not impact on this calculation. hth0
