Every Wednesday I have a friend visit and we eat cream cakes and talk about books.......................but we are both on a diet  , so the cream cakes are out...money almost non-existant (pay day still a week and a half away) so need to make a pudding that will taste as though it's full of calories (like cream cakes do :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: ) but isn't fattening:rolleyes: ....I have:
large carton organic fat free creamy yogurt
frozen forest fruits
jelly
tinned fruit of all types
gelatin
evaporated milk
dried spices such as cinnamon, ginger
usual baking stuff such as oil, flour, eggs etc
some almost black bananas
apples
kiwi fruit
cous cous
Thanks ladies
