Dooyoo?

Hi,

I started on Dooyoo in January and have to say, at the beginning, the reviews were not the best I could do. I have really improved on my reviewing now and have been getting more higher ratings and have been writing a lot more than I did.

3 of my reviews are locked from when I first started and so I redid these, improving on them. They are still locked, so I emailed Dooyoo who said I needed to improve them. I improved them again and really canot think of anything else to add to them now.

Dooyoo have said that I cannot claim my 40,000 miles that I have tried to claim so far, because of these locked reviews.

How can I get them unlocked?!

Thanks

Amy

My username on Dooyoo is xamyp87x if anyone wants to see them and let me know if there is anything I can do to improve?

The reviews are for Bourgois foundation, Tesco pineapple chunks and Tesco Lemonade

    Thanks

  • Dooyoo are awful. Sometimes your brain thinks of the same phrase right, like for example, this author is really good at what they do. I reviewed a few books by the same author, and without copying or anything accidently put the same phrase in each. They emailed me stating they had closed my account because of it!! I had 40000+ points (over £40) that they refused to reinstate or pay out. Its awful customer service, they dont help, and they dont care about the time and effort you put into it. If you can find a way to unlock them, cash out asap and dont turn back!!

Don't think uses can see locked reviews.
Try and think of just a couple of extra opinions of the product. Pineapple chucks for example what was texture like, was the juice too thin/ thick or too sweet or sour for example. Put as much of personal opinion of the product in.

Good luck with getting your reviews unlocked.

I couldn't see the locked reviews. I agree, try adding some more opinion, did the foundation go on easily, was the colour match good, what was the consistency like, did you add powder and how did it blend.

  • My best suggestion would be to look at the crowned reviews and emulate the format. I've started separating my reviews with headings like "Packaging", "Flavour" and "Why I would recommend it". People like as MUCH information as possible.

Hope this helps. My username is the same on there as it is on here.
