Hi VJ Conn, I will not be living in the property. (It has four student tenants in situ.) Thanks.0

I rent out houses on a room to room basis but professonals and not students, each tenant has their own ast. Do students have an ast each or do they take the house on under one ast. For the post office they must come under one ast only. When you tel back make sure they know there are 4 tenants in situ and ask about locks on the doors some lenders will not allow locks and most lenders require vacant possession. Would love to know how you get on..I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thanks Conrad. The four tenants are on individual ASTs. Are there any mortgage providers that will lend under these circumstances?0

Only a couple of small lenders. Funds very limited so everything must stack up. They would not thank me for broadcasting thier details here though as they don't deal with the public. Find a good broker.0
