I have a pasta recipe which I love and i am wondering if you can tell me how long it will last once cooled and in the fridge.

fry 2 sweet peppers off then add a tablespoon off balsamic vinger then half a lemon zest and some piquante peppers sliced, then squeeze in half a lemon juice and add halved chopped tomatoes as many as you like
very healthy
but please can you tell me how long will last in fridge

A couple of days I would think - there is no meat in it so I would be tempted to work by the school of thought - if it smells ok then it is fine!0
