current svr against going for an offset

İ am currently enjoying a 2pc svr but am mulling over going onto a 4.39 no fees offset with ny current lender- my ltv is 32pc and my mortgage 55k but i have about 23k cash i want to remain flexible with-any thoughts or advice

2% SVR find some where better for the savings rather than offsetting a 4.39%
First direct have no fee 2.89% offset so why even consider 4.39%0 -
due to my circumstances i am limited to my current lender because of their favourable acceptence of my income terms-i tried first direct on this advice and their no go!mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0
