Hi Dom,
It's really simple, you wont even need to do a simple site, you could use site forwarding so say if you payed for a website name bridaljewellery.co.uk you would then simply redirect people using site forwarding to you ebay shop, so if I went to bridaljewellery.co.uk it would direct me to what ever location you have set up in site forwarding.
Hope that helps.

Hi Dom,
It depends on your hosting and who you use, mine is dead simple and there is just a option on my control panel for hosting that says web forwarding, most providers should allow it, did you buy a specific domian name and hosting or ?

I think with a web site you'll end up getting what you pay for. I.e. if you get one for free it will look very, well, free if you see what I mean.
If you want a web site that actually looks good chances are you'll probably need to shell out for it although prices do very a bit from place to place.
If you are looking to run a business using one then bear in mind that your web site will be your virtual shop front and as said before your shop may look cheap and nasty if you get it from a cheap and nasty place. For what it's worth I think a cheap web site can be a bit of a false economy TBH.
Good luck with it though!0
