The Free returns for Javari. Are pay first get refunded later.
I paid £12 to rtn my boots and only got £6 refunded so watch out.

I returned some shoes recently, it didn't cost me a penny, you have to print off a returns label, what did you do?

Just received the pair I ordered 2 days ago and the size true to type. Never had a pair before so hope they're as comfortable as the Nike's I usually wear. Thanks to Op.

I was also caught by these people over returns. Some parcels are sent out without returns labels prepaid, and the online system does not operate. You then have to post the parcel back at your own expense and they say they will reimburse costs (but require you to expect to wait for "two cycles of your credit card"). I await with interest to see if I actually get the £8.22 it has cost to send them back. Most unhelpful email customer services.
