Anyone want a sore hip to go with their other sore bits?? lol (my fault i washed the living room floor) now i'm regretting it
We had new neighbours move in last thursday after the house being empty all winter, its made a huge difference in here as they have had their heating on our house hasn't been so cold, didn't have to put heating on till 5 yesterday!
not got much planned for the rest of the day apart from a bit of washing to put away and nathans bed to do, need to make a purple charm bracelet for a commission aswell:)

shoulder bad again, problem is, every time it eases off I catch up on jobs and it flares up again :mad:
Coated in ibuprofen gel again now.
I know that running tonight will really help to ease it off and loosen it up.

It takes the edge off the pain until the muscle comes out of spasm, running really helps to ease it off though. I think I just did too much yesterday, lugging the hoover up and downstairs and tons of ironing etc....

oh right my muscle isn't spasming lol my hip just hurts, suppose until they find out where the pinched nerve is i'll just have to put up with it
