help with payday debt.

hi am just looking for some advice on how to go about my payday debt.
some of you may have read my previous posts about £2800 payday debt,
but heres where i stand now.
HTP £350 - £25 a week AP (2 payments behind)
the money shop DC - £93.75 - £31.25 a week FAP
cash generator - £120 - £20 a month (28th feb) interest only
ABL - £200 - £28 a month interest only
ABL arrears collection - £330 7d
cash convertors (£200 being processed through bank)
bank balance -£1729.11
(AP - agreement to pay)
(FAP - forced agreement to pay)
(7d - 7 days to pay)
here my problem, ABL want £330 by wenesday, i have £220 of this but thats all, and the other £200 owed to abl will also be banked by wednesday, and they will probably bounce like the rest, which will inturn bring my ABL arreas to £550 they give you 7 days to pay before they pass it onto an external DCA and wack on 35% then the DCA apparently make a home visit as their means of first contact.
also spoke to cashconverters, they banked 2 cheques on thurs and fri, now they arnt showing on my account yet, but if they bounce they said they give 7 days to pay (dont know if they add any charges) and if you havnt paid someone is sent to your house.
also dont think manager at htp is 2 happy with me as im now 2 weeks behind. and also the money shop forced me into £31.25 a week repayment plan which i know this week i wont be able to afford. also wont be able to pay provident this week.
basically if everything bounces this week, then i will owe £750 all payable within 7 days and i only have £220 of this.
currently i have not begun a repayment program with natwest either, am slightly worried about this to.
is there anything i can do to stop them making a home visit? none of them want to listen when i say about making a payment plan, or doing a dmp, they just tell ya theres nothing they can do except pass it to an external debt collector
any help is much appreciated!

Not many of them will listen, but have you written to the companies? It is best to deal with them in writing so that things can move faster as the people on the phones are usually on commission.
Use one of the templates making an offer of payment and add this:Furthermore, should it be your intention to arrange a “doorstep call”, please be advised that under OFT rules, you can only visit me at my home if you make an appointment and I have no wish to make an appointment with you.
There is only an implied license under English Common Law for people to be able to visit me on my property without express permission; the postman and people asking for directions etc (Armstrong v. Sheppard and Short Ltd [1959] 2 Q.B. per Lord Evershed M.R.).
Therefore take note that I revoke license under Common Law for you, or your representatives to visit me at my property and if you do so, then you will be liable to damages for a tort of trespass and action will be taken, including but not limited to, police attendance.
I take it you've had no joy with any of the other credit unions in your area? Not sure how you find out which is the largest. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
