Why not buy them seperately? Amazon were selling wii fit plus for £15 and Ebuyer were selling balance boards for just under £50

Good suggestion if you could get the original balance board as there is nothing on ebuyer. Was this a Nintendo board or third party like the one on tesco's website?

Nintendo have never sold the Balance Board by itself, it is ALWAYS bundled with the game - whether the Original or the Plus version.

Personally, I would avoid the 3rd party boards ...

Why would you avoid 3rd party boards - I can't seem to find any reviews of them anywhere but they seem like a possible otion if the Nintendo ones are so hard to get?

Not sure why the Wii Fit Plus is so hard to get hold off in the UK.

Yesterday in Calais, I looked in Auchen, Carrefour & Game and they all had them in stock at a reasonable price, but would not purchase, as not sure of guarantee.

I would like some advice too please, I don't have a wii but would like JUST the console and the wii fit plus balance board, does anyone know where I can get just the console on it's own with out the resort etc and how much the'yd be thanks.
  • i think you'd be best looking for a 'bundle' where you buy the wii console and get the wii fit plus and balance board all together as one package.

Few places seem to offer the console on its own but it is usually about £160. Wii fit plus and banace board is about £85 making a total of £245. Asda had a deal where the console (with wii sport and sports resort) is only £147 if you buy any chart game - wii fit plus with balance board is in their chart at £75 - total £222. Sports resort is good as it has stuff ike ten-pin bowling and water-skiing games.
Its just a case of finding it in stock!
