I make my own yoghurt all the time, usually from a natural live yoghurt starter and occasionally from an Easiyo (the Greek yoghurts are lovely). I've always added fruit afterwards. I don't think it would work with a fruit yoghurt as a starter.somewhere between Heaven and Woolworth's0

Any yoghurt should work as long as there is an active live culture. I would personally always use natural as this gives a better result, and then flavour to taste as you say.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

I think it's them. Why would someone want a yoghurt culture and restrict themselves to a flavour? There's a lot more things you can do with it plain. Like use it in cooking for instance. No-one wants a raspberry-flavoured, hot main-course, do they?0

Thank You, I use Easiyo but thought i was missing a trick(and going slightly more bananas), I honestly didn't think it was possible to use this but,hey every day is a school day they say.:)
Just the thought of hot raspberry (or other)yogurt main course sauce makes my eyes water!Trying to be good:A... not too good:naughty:... just a bit good!;)0
