Does anybody have a letter that I could use to send to AIC, for breaking the code of practice, by asking me to borrow money off family/friends. Some kind person said they would hep with this, however I think they are currently away and I need to get a letter off in the morning.
Kindest regards

Sorry natty, I can't actually help with your request. Have you checked there's nothing suitable in the unenforceability thread? Or had a look on the national debtline website?
Failing that, have you pm'd the lovely person who originally said they could help? They may just not be online and a private message might get to them via email. Just a thought.
Sorry I can't be of more help. I hope you get it sorted soon.

They have breached the OFT guidelines on debt collection by telling you to borrow money to make a payment.
Not sure if a template letter exists but you want to report them to Trading Standards and the OFT.I have a cunning plan!

it wont stop action, you do know that? You can make a complaint to them about what they have done but been honest will be waste of a stamp.0
