Lowest tracker rate for LTV 65%

Hi,
What is currently the lowest tracker rate for a LTV of 65%?
I have found First Direct: BBR + 1.89% so far (also offset, can pay interest only etc).
I am looking for the tracker with the lowest percentage on top of the BBR, as I am expecting, like most people, for the BBR to increase in the next few years.
Anything beating this?
Thanks,
Seb

looks like for 2 years, then 4.24%. FD rate is not for a specific duration, so looks like it's not beaten.0
