Hi all
I have just taken my bread (Basic White) out of the bread machine funny shape (very sharp could be classed as a deadly weapon ) realised that i only put 1 cup of water instead on 1 1/3 cup. Had a slice it tastes very floury not very nice.:rotfl:
I was just wondering if i could make something else with it? Seems a waste to throw it away.
Suggestions please.

You could whizz it up into breadcrumbs and keep them in the freezer for future use. I did that with a loaf I made once when I'd forgotten to put the yeast in!0
