Using up frozen rolls

Hi all
Have had a freezer clear out today and appear to have accumulated about 35 finger rolls which really need using up and are taking far too much space up in said freezer - the question is what should I make with them
I was going to use some up in a bread pudding - do you think this will work ? But any other ideas would be gratefully received
Thanks

Yes you could make a bread pudding or try a savoury bread and butter pudding
you could put some in a food processor and make breadcrumbs then spread them on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for 10mins or so then you could put the breadcrumbs back in the freezer for use later onBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Bread pudding would be fine. I usually make the one in the old Cranks cookery book. You cut it into squares once it's cool and then you could double-foil wrap individual squares and re-freeze. Useful for packed lunches as it's filling & can be warmed up with custard if you want a hot pud.2025's challenges: 1) To fill our 10 Savings Pots to their healthiest level ever

make a great topping for veggie dishes, gratins etc. if mixed with grated cheese. I tend to put the bread and cheese together in the liquidizer (with thyme just because I love it!) which give you equal size crumbs of each which I find works really well.0
