Getting a secured loan on part ownership
I have just bought a house. Its a part ownership. Its not a brand new house and want some money to consolidate my existing loans and give me a bit to do the house up.
Are there any loans where you can borrow againast the part of the house I have mortgaged for?(secured loan)
Any help is appreciated

I would very much doubt it as the lender wouldnt be in total control if they had to"repossess"
depending on how much you want why not an unsecured loan0 -
