That reminds me.... my order arrived about a week ago... but there's no sign of the luggage yet. Better chase it up!

I think the free p&p was time limited.
I actually recieved this offer through the post about 6 weeks back,and that said if I replied within 14 days I would get free p&p as well as the luggage.

I received my luggage set about 3-4 weeks ago. It's not a bad set, worth the £1 I spent on the gift box anyway! The zip looks like it wouldn't put up with too much abuse though, I guess that's why it's free.

ordered mine on the 7th and got email today saying its ready for dispatch, got free p&p so can't complain - all for a quid.

Just tried this today and they are now charging £3.45 p&p.
I am going to wait until a better offer comes along.

Well,what a great company!
They sent me offers through the post not once ,but twice offering the free luggage set.
So the second time,I put a crumby order in,to take advantge of the luggage set.
Now upon querying the non arrival of the luggage,they inform me that as I have not ordered"from certain publications" they won't be sending it.
I ordered from the spring-summer collection as specified on their letter.
I'm getting fed up with these two bit firms,and may abuse them to the hilt in future like others have done on here.

I think that I've been conned. I ordered the gift box but was charged over £3 for p&p.

Sorry to hear that pastmaster, when I ordered my gift box and luggage set the code I entered then included free delivery so it made it worth while. But if you've now got to pay for p+p.... not so good.

What about if you sent back the gift box, I wonder if they would refund your pastage aswell?

Although the set is not the highest quality, it is still worth the few quid you have ended up paying for it.

It took over two weeks for my order to come, minus the luggage. Sent an email to them just before my order arrived...

Would you be able to confirm that my discount as a new customer has been honoured? Also thank you for emailing me as I forgot about this order as it was over 12days ago I ordered it, since then I have had four children, got married, divorced, travelled the world, joined the Taliban and had my middle age spread. I just hope the clothes will still fit.
