start up for next to nothing?

OK I am going to start a list of start up / home business for next to nothing. eg little outlay... I did read somewhere that business is 1 % inspiration 99% perspiration. But for me actually the idea was hard. I am getting there but a good old list of ideas won't hurt folk. I guess this could go in the small business forum. I seem to think those posts are generally for established businesses. But then again I could be wrong. ok I'll start off please add to it. If you do just copy and paste the list into your message with your added 'ideas' at the bottom.

No doubt a can of BO spray is an essential for every business person!
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

We were talking in the office about businesses & a couple of ladies mentioned that their pensioner mothers could not obtain gardeners to tend their small patches of grass. The ones that quoted for work wanted too much money for a 10 minute cutting job & others were not interested at all as the job was to small !!!!!
The regular council workmen do not come round often enough & just do a rushed job.
Obviously an opening here for someone.

I've been approached by a family member for some personal IT tuition (nothing too heavy but the basics such as email, the internet - googling, ebay, shopbots etc, using Word and Excel etc etc). Might be a market for that kind of thing? I've been offered £10 per hour.
