replies from companies i owe money to

started my own dmp, sent letters off last week and this weekend got my first replies.

Bank of scotaldn cc have accepted reduced payment for 3 months and to contact them again then, but nothing to say they are going to reduce interest just that my statement will show the full payment required but not to pay it just the reduced amount -

Is this usual

Loan company, sorry to hear of my situation but can i contact them they need to discuss things on my statement. Scared to ring in case they want me to cancel sky and internet. I dont go out so I use the computer and have my phone and broadband together and as for sky I only pay the basic package as I dont have an aerial so cant watch tv through that
Is this response usual as well

forgot to mention also that my son is at university so he need the internet

Hi Michelle,

I'm in the same position as you just waiting to here back on where or not they will accept.

Maybe try calling NDH or CCCS for some advice about whether or not to call them as they might have some ideas.
