I need a bit of help and advice please

1) I won a telly tubbies tshirt way back in November from Sugar magazine, I have chased it up several times and Rhian (suagr) said she would chase up the people who was sending them out but still nothing.

I don't want to appear as nasty or moaning but it is a long time since I won. I know there were others on mse who had won and never had theirs either.

2) I had a telephone call on 5th January from a young man at Archant to say i had won a hamer in their xmas draw (I couldn't find the original posting).

He said the hamper would be sent out in about 2 weeks time but then we had the snow and what have you. He double checked my address and post code.

Do you have any idea what I can do to find the original comp as he didn't say a magazine, newspaper or radio name when he called, just Archant.

Any help will be much appreciated thanks

Finally I got a response from Sugar to the last email I sent where I told them I was going to find out who to report it to.

The new girl is called zara and she has only just started working there.

I am supposed to be the only one who didn't get the teeshirt so they will send me a goodyy bag instead.
