Hi All
We have a bit of a problem that we feel our past has finally caught up with us.
When we got our remortgage 2yrs ago things were a lot easier for us to obtain a mortgage.
We now feel we have out grown our house and need an extra bedroom.
Our current provider is Accord.
The new deal we require is a 75% LTV a £69,000 loan on a £92,000 house
Do we fit into anyone elses criteria for a new mortgage?
Discharged bankrupt 6yrs
joint income £32,000
(no other big credit comitments)
Will the bankrupty stop us from moving on? has it eventully caught up with us? Please any help would be most helpful,as we want to stop the if,buts as to what is turning into a nightmare for us.
Thanks

Go back to your current lender........0

Thanks for your reply,we understand going to our current lender would be the most obvious solution, but we understand from reading other threads, Accord are reluctant to lend to anyone other than squeaky clean at the moment as they have problems of there own,as well as this we would not want damage our credit record going to Accord only to get rejected as this would damage our credit record even more.
Is there any other leaders out there that could help?

They should lend to existing customers0
