Mortgage choice - advice please!

Hello we are buying our first home and I'm wondering which is the best option that we've been offered.
The house is £120,000 we have a 10% deposit leaving £108,000 to borrow:
Lender__________Type________________Rate __________SMR__________Fee
Lloyds__________Fixed________________6.99___________2.5__________795
Natwest________Variable______________4.69___________4______________0
Nationwide______Fixed________________5.98___________3.99_________396
Nationwide______Variable______________4.63___________3.99_________896
All of the deals are over 2 years, Nationwide offer to pay legal fees.

Suggest you look for a 5yr deal. otherwise it is likely you will have a "payment shock" in 2yrs when ye deal ends.0
