I am currently reading the Idiot Proof Diet and hoping to start at the end of the book or before !

Has anyone else done this diet, looks relatively simple :)

    the book is a very enjoyable read. they used to have a website and forum but i think its closed now

    basically tho IPD is atkins (they even so at the beginning of the book) so if u want more info or support take a look around the lowcarb forums or theres a MSE thread
