Following up on a win question

Hi everyone! I wanted to get everyone's opinion on how long I should wait before I follow up on a win.

Back in December I won with the Gone in 60 Seconds competition, I won a Solid Extreme Phone, and a Two Seasons Dubbed Men's Jacket. I received an e-mail from Samsung, which I responded to, and was given two e-mail addresses to contact - one for the phone, which was through Samsung, and one for the jacket, which was a Two Season's e-mail address. I received the mobile phone within about two days, but I never received the jacket. I won on December 16th - do you think it's time to chase up the jacket? Also, should I do it through the Samsung address or the Two Season's address.

I just worry about coming across as rude for something I didn't even pay for!

well done on your wins, dont feel embarrased bout chasing things up tho, i would personally email the co for the jacket and see what response u get, if u dont get any send a 2nd email about 2 weeks later and copy samsung in to chase it up..hth thats what i would do
