BTL mortgage - Base + 0.49% for life?

All,
I overheard a conversation recently about some bank doing a BTL mortgage for Base Rate + 0.49% for the life of the term, and I didn't hear which bank the two people were talking about - I didn't know either of them so didn't want to intrude.
Does anyone here know which bank it is?
